Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the DataYantra website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Our Services

DataYantra provides data engineering consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Cloud data platform architecture and design
• Data engineering implementation on AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Data pipeline development and optimization
• Cloud migration and modernization services
• Data platform accelerators and frameworks

Service Engagement

All consulting engagements are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement that will outline:

• Scope of services to be provided
• Deliverables and timelines
• Fees and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality obligations

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a consulting agreement:

• DataYantra retains ownership of our accelerators, frameworks, and pre-built components
• Clients receive licenses to use our frameworks and accelerators as part of delivered solutions
• Custom code developed specifically for a client project is typically owned by the client
• Background intellectual property remains with DataYantra

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and data. All consulting engagements are subject to confidentiality agreements that protect both parties' proprietary and confidential information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataYantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Professional Services

Our consulting services are provided on a professional basis. We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Client success depends on many factors including data quality, business processes, and organizational adoption.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
